Day 3 - Eating out

Out and about doing errands and I needed to pick up something to eat I realized something. Most Places now inside the fast food restaurant or mall food courts there is places for recycling. This is awesome, but why has the city not changed as well?

Most new garbage cans do have a recycling rack.. but this is only for cans and bottles. I think it just makes it so that the bums don't go rutting through the garbage, cause really there is so much more than that we can recycle. Definitely our coffee cups - thousands I am sure a week if not a day must go into the city garbage cans. That is just one such product.. what about all the paper bags and plastic stuff from take out that gets tossed..I mean really what else is it that people when they are out must put in the cans? I know I toss an occasion dipper or a doggy poo bag what really is it in or city garbage cans. Should we not beside each garbage have a recycling can as well?
